Business Development Manager 

Block Banana is a mission-driven company dedicated to bridge the gap between traditional finance, cryptocurrency and NFT. Our next-gen card aims to create more meaningful usages and benefits online and in real life. 

We will launch Block Banana NFT, assigning the holder with the right to receive a Block Banana physical card. Each card will display the holder’s selected PFP. 

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who is able to understand web3 vision and roadmap in order to identify opportunities, build relationships and make things happen! 

Job Description: 

The Business Development Manager will have responsibility for supporting and enhancing the Block Banana Cards Business Development strategy and processes. The role will involve to develop and actively manage a target prospect list for varying BD opportunities, including future Cobrands and Strategic Partnerships with Merchants and “value-add” benefit providers. 

Requirements: 

 At least 2 years of relevant working experience in BD or sales, preferably with an international career background in blockchain, banking, or finance. 

 Knowledge about the cryptocurrency industry: main players, market segments, etc. 

 Passionate about Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi. Existing industry experience would be an advantage. 

 Deep and broad cross-functional understanding of consumer credit across products, marketing, credit, analytics, finance, and strategy. 

 Strong communication and presentation skills. 

 Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written). 

What You Need To Have: 

 Understanding WEB3, Marketing, Blockchain and NFT's. A self-starting attitude and autonomy in executing new ideas. 

 Experience building relationships with brands at all levels. 

 Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
