    Topsort is a Boston-based, Remote-first SaaS company that democratizes auction-based ad technology, so marketplaces and retailers can monetize faster and stress-free. Our core offering is an auction-powered ad infrastructure and APIs that help marketplaces build native ads monetization fast and stress free.

You will be one of the first 50 employees, so it is important that you are ambitious, have leadership skills, can act hands-on, and are not afraid of new challenges.

    What this role entails:

    Share the company vision with potential customers
    Gather intelligence on the market, generate analysis and help drive the GTM strategy
    Prospecting potential leads
    Drive outbound sales from start to finish: qualify accounts, meet outreach KPIs, maintain CRM, create sales materials, and close deals
    Give input on GTM strategy and customer segmentation
    Prepare and iterate the marketing materials needed for the sales process

    What we’re looking for:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Exceptional attention to detail
    Action-oriented, can-do attitude
    Can juggle multiple responsibilities and have a high level growth rate
    Ability to withstand pressure and ambiguity
    Desire to learn and play a role in a growing startup

    Bonus
    Prior experience in sales, business development, or GTM strategy
    MBA background (not a must!)
    Retail and ecommerce experience, bonus points if you speak COGs, MSRP, ROAS
