We're looking for additional members to join our team in Bandung!

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify digital marketing needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their business growth through digital marketing. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand clients' business needs.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Work with digital marketers within the company to communicate needs for clients' needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify issues and opportunities for business growth 
• Manage performance reporting to clients regularly

Qualifications

• Previous account management or project management experience
• Has solid knowledge of performance marketing and the platform associated with it.
• Adept in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.
• Understand business needs across industries in general
• Understand and keep up to date with various industry and competitive landscape knowledge
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Accustomed to multi-tasking and project management
• Willingness to learn
