Description
- Responsible for payroll and health and welfare benefit, statutory required documents, including review of vendor operations and ensures payroll deadlines and compliance, and administration of the health and welfare benefit plans in accordance with local country laws
- Liaise with Corporate HR for company initiatives, set up and ensuring HR policies are in place. Support wider HR team in localising HR policies to the Taiwan market, in compliance with the local market and labour law and regulations
- Work together with corporate talent acquisition team for hiring activities at local level, and manage the candidate experience for onboarding
- Take charge of employee relationship function, promote culture and establish a positive relationship between employee and the company
- Prepare HR regular reports for management review
- Function simultaneously as a project manager and subject matter expert for key people operations work activities as assigned
- Be a trusted advisor for management team for HR-related issues, ensure compliance of HR-related programs, processes and project
- Review and develop the required HR processes and procedures to support the group expansion and enhance the business effectiveness
- Perform all required HR audits and set up the HR metrics
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
- At least 7 years hands-on experience in labour laws, health insurance, employee benefit, pension and social welfare related matters in Taiwan market. Experience in employee relations will be a plus
- HR generalist that is experienced in the full spectrum of HR functions is preferred
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese
- Independent, resourceful, and proactive, pleasant and able to interact with all levels of staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Overseas working or study experience is plus
- Consumer payment, financial, crypto industry experience is plus
