    As a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Solution Architect, you will work with clients and our project managers to deliver high quality NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) implementations. Providing FP&A expertise to develop client requirements, advise and document solution design, complete NSPB configuration, and deliver testing and support services.  With NSPB being a high growth service line within RSM Germany you will also play a pivotal role in creating and growing our NSPB consulting capability.

     

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Work with RSM leadership to grow the NSPB service line in Germany
    • Provide FP&A process expertise to advise clients on best practice
    • Lead NSPB implementations
    • Take ownership for all aspects of project delivery
    • Analyze business requirements to deliver high quality solution design that enables clients to improve and automate their business processes
    • Prepare and deliver client workshops, training, and webinars
    • Provide support across all aspects of business development and marketing
    • Build strong relationships with Alliance Partners and wider RSM firms
     

    Your Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Management or substantial experience in finance leadership roles or finance consulting
    • 5+ years of experience in financial applications/services or consulting with NetSuite PB, Oracle EPM/PBCS, Hyperion/Essbase
    • Proven experience in the design and implementation of multidimensional data model for budgeting, forecasting and reporting
    • Strong capabilities in business process analysis related to finance/accounting & controlling
    • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong computer skills, including MS-Office
    • Willingness to travel (after covid-19)
    • Prior work experience in the accounting field and knowledge of GAAP is preferred
