Overall mission is to manage a portfolio of strategic accounts. This means being as close to the customer as possible to avoid losses and extend business relationships. This includes the usage of standard tools as well as client individual activities.
- Sole global responsibility for successful management of a defined portfolio of strategic accounts
- Increasing revenue through strategic global up-selling and cross-selling within dedicated portfolio
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction to all relevant external stakeholders and partners
- Ensure effective collaboration with all relevant internal departments, external stakeholders and partners
- Ensure regular, comprehensive, and structured reporting
- Overall responsibility for the offering process during contract re-negotiation or extension as well as re-bidding process
- Using knowledge regarding industry trends to aid in strategic account planning
