This role in a nutshell:

The mission for the UX Designer is to create an accessible, aesthetically appealing and meaningful applications and websites that dental suppliers and clinics can use easily. You'll be involved in the design of our order management and payment services for the dental industry based on a deep understanding of stakeholder motivations.

You'll work collaboratively with our product, engineering, and sales team to ensure that products and services meet client needs.

What you will be working on:

• Ensure design standards, guidelines and best practices are adhered to
• Oversee research and insight projects to understand user requirements and business objectives
• Ensure that all colleagues in the organization have an understanding of UX design practices.
• Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts both on paper and using software applications
• Create user personas, user journeys and site maps
• Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Axure, * InVision, Marvel, OmniGraffle, Visio and Sketch, as well as the Adobe product suite
• Work on cross-platform applications to develop user experiences covering mobile phones, tablets and computers
• Work collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers and project managers
• Attend meetings to discuss and review progress on the project
• Run workshops for clients and internal stakeholders
• Write reports and communicate the results of your work
• Identify areas for improvement
• Redesign websites to make them more responsive
• Redesign or create mobile solutions that are easy to use and configured appropriately for smartphones and tablets
• Keep up to date with technological innovations and new tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Strong portfolio to show previous work.
• Hands-on experience with low-fidelity wireframing
• Ability to develop high-fidelity mock-ups
• Building interactive prototypes
• Interaction and visual design
• Constructing and use design systems
• Excellent knowledge of agile / scrum
• Experience with tools such as: Figma, ClickUp, or equivalent tools
• Excellent knowledge of wireframing tools (Wireframe.cc, InVision, etc)
• Strong experience with creating wireframes, storyboards, user flow, process flow, and sitemaps.
• Excellent knowledge of visual design and wireframing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Excellent research, interview and presentation skills.
• Great visual design, time management and multitasking skills.
• Good problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Well read on the new technology and best practices in the market.

• Mobile chat applications
• Medical software
