Netskope recently acquired a startup called Kloudless (科迪股份有限公司), which is now Netskope’s subsidiary in Taiwan. The Kloudless team has been integrated into Netskope’s product and engineering teams, and its technology powers SaaS protection products in the Netskope Security Cloud.

About You

We’re looking for a Sr. / Staff SDET who is a Jack of all trades.  The core QE team handles overarching quality initiatives and strategies.  It is the ultimate owner of the quality of our deployed product.  Team responsibilities include tooling for nightly automation test suite runs, tooling to report and maintain suites, writing automated tests to expand suites, creating metric dashboards, overseeing automation hygiene, enforcing release criteria, data driven continuous improvement, Ensuring Customer Excellence.  This is a cross development function and test leadership position.  Leading QE strategies, ensuring best of bread test strategies and influencing behavior across the company.

Please note, this team is hiring across Sr. SDET and Staff SDET levels and all candidates are individually assessed and appropriately leveled based upon their skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in our cloud security solutions, and use that expertise and your experience to help design and qualify the solution as a whole
• Contribute to building a flexible and scalable automation solution
• Help create and implement quality processes and requirements
• Work closely with the team to replicate customer environments
• Automate complex test suites
• Develop test libraries and coordinate adoption
• Identify and communicate risks about our releases. 
• Be able to own and make quality decisions for the solution.
• Own the release and be a customer advocate.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the field of SDET track record showing that you are a highly motivated individual, capable of coming up with creative, innovative and working solutions in a collaborative environment
• Strong knowledge of Python or other programming language (Go a plus)
• Knowledge of Jenkins, Hudson, or any other CI systems.
• Experience testing distributed systems
• Proven ability to apply data structures and algorithms to practical problems.
• A proponent of Strong Quality Engineering methodology.
• Strong knowledge of linux systems, Docker, k8s
• Experience building automation frameworks
• Knowledge of network security, authentication and authorization.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and taking the initiative regarding issues and decisions

Education

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
