Job description
To excel in our directorate, you will probably have experience of managing or leading infrastructure as a service team, and you will have the capacity to always see the bigger picture. Comfortable driving improvements at pace, you will be a team-player who can effectively scope work and set clear objectives. On a practical level, you will have significant infrastructure solutions and services experience, with extensive knowledge of process optimisation and automation. With a knowledge of backlog tracking tools, technology operations and application usage, you will be capable of managing KPIs to optimise the work of the team.
You will be an expert and a role model in Infrastructure solutions, ensuring adherence to best practice with a focus on operational stability, resilience, and availability.

• *Supports, maintains and optimises infrastructure solutions and services, achieving service excellence.
