    YOUR ROLE

     

    • Manage a set of key innovation projects for the Construction Adhesives SBU
    • Manage, lead and motivate cross-functional project teams including taking lead in case of problems and conflicts
    • Regularly update and report on project progress and summarize status of managed projects as well as prepare and present projects for gate reviews
    • Create and align on project time schedule and financial plan, manage project budget and KPIs, identify risks and define countermeasures 
    • Give trainings on project management (incl. PM tools, etc.) as well as guide team members to properly use Adhesives Development Process/Planview process on global level

     

     

    YOUR SKILLS

    • University degree in Business Management, Innovation Management or Engineering, MBA preferable
    • Ideally min. 5 years professional experience, thereof min. 2 years of experience in Application Engineering, Sales or Marketing
    • Min. 3 years experience with project management
    • Combination of project management skills and technology understanding is a must
    • Ability to work in and steer interdisciplinary teams, excellent communication skills and high degree of intercultural sensitivity
    • Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business acumen
    • Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
