You will be working closely with the engineering team and be responsible for supporting engineers to achieve the goal for the company.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in software development with great communication and organization skills, also need to be familiar with the engineering knowledge and developing experience for the Perpetual Protocol to design and develop the product as an engineer to get into it.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with the engineering team and find the best way to support the team to achieve the company’s goal together
• Make decisions with the management team by collecting information, discussing, prioritizing tasks with other team leads
• Remove the barrier for engineers to help the team boost their advantages at work
• Hire the best engineers with the hiring team

Requirements

• Enthusiastic & knowledgeable about DeFi and cryptocurrency
• Desire to learn new knowledge with complicated design (like DeFi protocol)
• Great software engineering skill
• 4+ years of work experience in software development
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in work at a startup company
