    工作機會描述

For the General Dental Council to fulfil its role in protecting patient safety effectively, it is essential that our people have the systems and processes in place to collaborate, communicate and share resources. As a SharePoint Administrator you will play a vital role in the organisation promoting the use of SharePoint resources, developing SharePoint sites and applications, providing training, and setting standards and best practice.

A key aspect of this role is collaborating with both technical and non-technical staff to proactively identify areas of improvement and communicate recommended solutions to ensure products are usable and accessible.

    About you:

You will have extensive experience of Microsoft365 SharePoint administration, ideally supported by a SharePoint qualification or Microsoft accreditation. Your experience will include managing projects - PRINCE2 or experience in Agile development would be an advantage. Knowledge of HTML, CSS3, responsive design, JavaScript & JQuery, XSLT, and image editing and creation is also required.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will be an effective communicator with technical and non-technical people, with good planning and problem-solving skills.

    About us:

The General Dental Council (GDC) is the UK-wide statutory regulator of around 110,000 members of the dental team. Our primary purpose is to protect patient safety and maintain public confidence in dental services. To achieve this, we register qualified dental professionals, set standards for the dental team, investigate complaints about dental professionals' fitness to practise, and work to ensure the quality of dental education.

Our work matters and so do our people. We are committed to providing a working environment that embraces and values diversity and inclusion by recruiting and strengthening our teams with team members from different backgrounds, life experiences and viewpoints. Equality and diversity are not just words, they are what makes our teams strong and able to deliver. We want to be champions of diversity and to have a sense of belonging in the workplace, where everybody has the chance to contribute and to share what is important to them.

    Benefits:

The GDC provides a great work/life balance with a 35 hours per week contract and access to a wide range of benefits and health and well-being support.

To reward you for your hard work and commitment, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes a generous pension scheme and 25 days' annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
