Forex trading, although not as popular yet in Indonesia, is the world’s #1 investment, with $6 trillion traded daily. We believe that this will be the next investment trend in Indonesia, therefore we are getting ready for that next big wave.

    Despite the pandemic, our volumes and customer base has been growing steadily and we are looking to scale up our Product team in order to support this growth. Are you up for the challenge?

     


    What you will do:

    1. Responsible for driving the strategic vision and tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns (both Performance and CRM) with the goal of expanding our brand reach through acquisition and brand retention through engagement.
    2. Own end to end digital campaign development: from creative briefings, digital channel strategy, reporting and insights.
    3. Own CRM tool channels (email, popup, push, web/notification, SMS) to drive channel ROI.
    4. Ensure cohesiveness in our cross platform customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
    5. Be a key partner across all growth marketing-related analytics efforts. Have a perspective, and define and implement a growth roadmap to optimize our conversion funnels and engagement.
    6. Drive organic growth via cross functional content marketing strategy and execution (SEO).
    7. Actively research and set growth and performance benchmarks, establish analytics and dashboarding for KPI’s per channel.
    8. Identify and actively investigate high-potential channels to test and incorporate into the broad acquisition plan, and make recommendations for acquisition involving segmented, tailored outcomes based on primary research findings and customer data.
    9. Collaborate with other Heads to maintain product vision and growth roadmap.

     

    What you will need:

    1. Minimum 5 years of experience in leading digital marketing teams both Paid and CRM.
    2. Expert in web analytics tools such as GA4 and CRM tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze, etc.)
    3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that attract, engage and delight customers.
    4. Experience in optimizing landing pages, user journeys and funnels, A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
    5. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with initiative to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
    6. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
    7. Have excellent communication abilities both in English and Bahasa.
