We are a Business Development Group, housing an IT Solutions Company that focused on Artifical Intelligence, Face Recognition Technology, and CCTV Technology called Cognizest. 

Urgently Looking for: Junior HR Manager

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of quarterly and annual recruitment plans and their budgets
• Search for qualified candidates using cutting-edge creative tools, platforms and approaches
• Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, screening, telephone interviews, job interviews, regular communication with candidates and managers) including recruitment administration.
• Track hiring metrics including hiring time, fill time, and recruiting sources
• Stay abreast of the company's organizational structure, personnel policies, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Maintain a database of potential candidates internally or externally for future job vacancies
• Handling BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, monthly Payroll & yearly bonus (THR) 
• Conduct exit interviews to lay off employees
• Completing reports on employment activities in a timely manner

 

Job Requirements:

• Willing to work in Karet Tengsin, Jakarta Pusat area
• At least 1-5 years of experience working in the related field is required for this position
• Good in Power Point and Microsoft excel
• Like to work with precise details, open to learn new things 
• Good communication skills in English
• Available for remote working if necessary
• Owning SIM A & C would be an advantages
