Key Responsibilities
• Research on organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Qualify and engage pre-sales leads using HubSpot software
• Implement and on-board Alpha7’s business intelligence software, or other SaaS products where necessary, based on client’s requirements and objectives
• Prepare business proposals featuring the company workflow, system and process requirements, and the solutions provided
• Learn and understand industry workflow, key problem areas, and recommend business solutions to clients
• Prepare user requirements and customization scopes
• Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients based on client’s requirements
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, business operations, information systems, computer science or any related field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Technical aptitude and fluency to learn software programs
• Analytical, able to synthesize complex or diverse information
Nice to Haves
• Knowledge with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Knowledge in Adobe software
