Our Employer Branding intern will assist on levelling up our employer branding as well as contribute to people engagement activities in the company. We are looking for a person who communicates well and is highly passionate in branding and adept in people engagement fields. Are you the one we are looking for?
What You Will Do:
- Assist the People Team to produce an employer branding plan
- Ensure the employer branding content development aligns with the company’s marketing strategy
- Develop employer branding efforts through social media platforms and other channels
- Generate copywriting for diverse employer branding content
- Monitor progress of employer branding using metrics (Hootsuite, Social Media Monitoring Dashboard, etc.)
- Contribute to planning and executing people engagement activities
What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Fresh graduates or at least 3rd year undergraduates, preferably Communications, Management, or Business majors
- Possess exceptional writing skills
- Have a deep interest in employer branding and the tech startup industry
- Creative, fast learner and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English (specifically written; verbal will be a huge plus)
- Experience in creating basic graphic designs on Canva
- Able to start immediately
