Job Description

• Lead core product design team, own the product design guidelines and design system.
• Define goals and create a vision for core product design system, evolve our design guidelines and design system deliverables.
• Develop design guidelines, iterating on existing patterns and components, and maintaining design libraries.
• Collaborate closely with all product design team to arrive at global reusable design patterns from designing to handing off to Engineers.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, business and technology) in designing and building innovative solutions for users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Product Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI design or product design related field.
• Experienced in leading other designers for at least 2 years.
• Good understanding of color science and combinations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
• Excellent planning skills and exposure in developing design documentations.
• Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, etc.).
• Knowledge of technologies, behavior, and experience designing for multiple device types and context (e.g., iOS, Android, Web).
• Be a great team player and up-to-date knowledge about design trends.
• Strong online portfolio of previous design projects or past work experience is a must.
