岗位职责：
1、负责目标市场的区块链游戏调研，提出可行性的市场推广方案；
2、结合公司的推广系统，制定市场推广计划，并执行、跟踪和分析推广的效果；
3、目标市场媒体、社区等宣传渠道的对接及关系维护；
4、负责产品的对外宣传，包括组织各类线上及线下的活动；
5、协助测试工作，从用户体验的反馈中给出改善建议方案，协助运营部门，整理改善方案及活动策划；
6、协调公司内部及客户在产品推广和游戏的过程中遇到的问题，维护客户关系；

岗位要求：
1、良好学习能力，发现问题及解决问题的能力，善于反思总结思考；
2、熟悉从业务调研、市场分析、方案制定、有效执行、结果分析的整个流程；
3、表达沟通能力强，具有创新思维、沟通能力强和团队精神；
4、对区块链，尤其是区块链游戏领域和各大数字货币交易所的运作有深入的理解；
5、具有较强的事业心和责任心，抗压能力强；
6、能够使用英语无障碍得进行业务交流，会中文者优先考虑。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the blockchain game research of the target market, and propose a feasible market promotion plan;

2. Combined with the company's promotion system, formulate a marketing plan, and implement, track and analyze the effect of the promotion;

3. Docking and relationship maintenance of target market media, community and other publicity channels;

4. Responsible for product publicity, including organizing various online and offline activities;

5. Assist the testing work, give improvement suggestions from the feedback of user experience, assist the operation department, organize improvement plans and activity planning;

6. Coordinate the problems encountered by the company and customers in the process of product promotion and games, and maintain customer relationships;
