Description: Sales and Marketing Intern
InstaReM is recruiting interns to join the Sales/Operations team to support corporate sales collaborations.
The team is looking for a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, has strong communication and presentation skills, independent and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Accounting/finance background is not required. Knowledge of the Fin-tech space will be beneficial, and ability to curve up on the subject matter will be essential. This will be a role that reports directly to the VP of Sales, who comes with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry.
Responsibilities:
participate & contribute to weekly sales calls
lead generation and first POC
support sales meetings with VP of Sales
collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop unique campaigns to drive increased sales calls
participates in scheduled status meetings to communicate progress, findings and determine next steps
assist VP of Sales in performing day-to-day administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills:
in-depth knowledge of preparation of customer presentations
able to research relevant news and information on customers and market
good analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply
proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps
able to multitask and take an initiative
ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently on multiple projects within project schedules and deadlines
professionalism, candor, grace and a sense of humor under pressure
Compensation:
This is a temporary full-time position, between 3 – 6 months.
