Mage is the Stripe for AI. Stripe made it easy for any developer to process payments into their website. Mage makes it easy for any developer to build AI and integrate them into their apps.

 

Mage is a collaborative AI tool for product developers.

 

With Mage, product developers can import data from data warehouses, transform data, train models, improve models, and deploy models without having to rely on data scientists or hiring AI engineers and waiting 6 months for them to ramp up.

 

You can increase revenue and retention by using an AI tool like Mage to make predictions using your existing data. Use cases for AI include improving ranking to increase revenue, recommend new products to users to increase revenue, increase app engagement by predicting when a user will stop using it, predict membership subscriptions to increase retention of existing paying users, and more.

Responsibilities

Prototype new machine learning use cases and integrate them into Mage's machine learning library

Collaborate with front-end/full stack engineers to build guided flows for machine learning use cases in product

Help customers improve model performance

Improve Mage’s machine learning library code quality with more tests and better code structure

Create innovative product ideas

Mentor engineers

Example projects

Prototype sales forecast model and integrate it into ML library.

Use multiple algorithms for classification models and compare the performance between different algorithms.

Improve existing and new models across all users through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, data transformations, and more.

Qualifications

+3 years of work experience with Python, Pandas, Numpy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, and other ML related libraries

Experience writing technical design documents

Can work autonomously and collaborate with other engineers

Excited to lead, mentor, and learn

Excels in ambiguous environments and can wear multiple hats
