Get to know the role:
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter to lead our talent acquisition team. As we are growing quickly and plan to scale nationwide, we are hiring aggressively at all levels from senior managers to staff. The ability to recruit the right talent quickly is a core competence we plan to build. You will lead our talent acquisition team and implement processes and tools to enable efficient, quick hiring of quality talent.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Min 8 years experience in a blue-chip recruitment consultancy firm/headhunter/talent acquisition function of a corporate
- Experience leading a team of recruiters
- Detailed, organised, dynamic and a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
The Day-to-day activities :
- Drive the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Create and implement talent acquisition strategies for leadership and regular hiring
- Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Manage end-to-end recruitment
- Define and drive the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to recruitment metrics
- Oversee and develop strategies to improve our employer branding initiatives
