Product Manager

Salary: 7-12k (excluding ESOP)

A startup invested by top executives and Tier1 VC funds, is looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our product management dream team and define and lead the execution of our various product solutions.

This is a company that is venture-backed run by ex-founders with angel investors that are founders of unicorns/decacorns, senior executives from Temasek as well as GPs of VC funds.

With Singapore as the headquarter, the company will be building next-generation accounting software as well as provide back-office services for APAC HQ companies, including web3 companies as well.

Responsibilities

– Develop a deep understanding of new customers’ needs and wants, collect and analyse their requirements and product feedback, make data-driven decisions about the direction to grow

– Understand markets, competition, and user requirement in depth

– Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product lines

– Work with customers directly as the product expert, to both learn and teach

– Understand BlockOffice goals and strategies and work with management to define product goals

– Work with engineers to define product requirements and then lead those teams to deliver

– Collaborate with other teams, some of them remote, to deliver projects spanning multiple teams’ areas

Requirements

– Bachelor’s Degree and a 4-10 years of relevant experience

– 3-5 years of experience in software development projects as a program or product manager or product director

– Ability to think out of the box and create methods for implementation

– Self-Motivated, ambitious, disciplined, and positive work attitude

– Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
