Job Descriptions:
- To oversee Human Resources and Administration matters such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Compensations & Benefits, Learning & Development, Employee & Industrial Relations and administrative related matters.
- Be engaged in any Human Resources planning and strategy to achieve short-term and long-term goal.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and procedures and suggest where applicable if and where any suitable improvements could be made.
- Planning, organizing, directing and controlling functions of Human Resource Department.
- Identifies organization needs in terms of manpower and resources and implement strategies to ensure that these are aligned with Company objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources/ Business Management or equivalent.
Minimum six (6) years of working experience in manufacturing industry or any related field.
