    About the role

     

    With the companies flywheel kicking in, we are looking to onboard Product Marketing Manager to lead the Go-to-Market for all products and own the customer lifecycle end-to-end for Sofy. You will devise data-driven strategies to increase the overall usage and adoption of the Sofy development platform. Leading a team of marketers, content writers, designers and software developers you will increase revenue and usage across the entire customer funnel by building growth levers within the product and other channels

     

    Job Responsibilities

     

    Set the strategic product marketing vision based upon a deep understanding of the Sofy platform, customer needs, market and competitive landscape, trends and opportunities

     

    Develop and coach a team of product and technical marketers and create an environment for success, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management for all core features and capabilities of the Sofy platform

     

    Drive launch and go to market strategies in close collaboration cross functionally with product management, sales, content, and other teams to ensure successful product launches

     

    Drive cross-organization and global alignment around Sofy’s core product and technical marketing functions including partnering closely with the sales team to prioritize resources that drive the biggest business impact

     

    Support the field organizations with resources such as messaging guides, presentations, sales training, sales scripts, compete materials, whitepapers, and how-to-guides to enhance sales effectiveness

     

    Identify ways to scale our core product marketing, technical marketing, and compete efforts globally, optimize across the team and push boundaries on new approaches

     

    Be a strong voice representing our customers across all conversations and projects. Serve as a key spokesperson for the Sofy platform, delivering clear, compelling communications

     

    Set clear and measurable metrics, and foster a “test and learn” approach to continually improve performance

     

    Create messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Sofy marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams

    Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns

     

    Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction.

    Develop market/competitive intelligence, acting as our thought leader and expert

    Own the lead generation and pipeline acceleration strategy

    Manage the Sales pipeline and track campaigns, reports and conversions

    Leverage multiple channels like PPC, email, events, Social etc.

    Work collaboratively with the Sales, Business Operations and Marketing teams to execute mass email campaigns through CRM or Email Marketing tools

    Create, maintain and nurture databases across different customer segments and verticals

    Setup workflows and processes in the CRM system to automate communication with customers

    Research right keywords and audience targeting for PPC campaigns, Testing and optimizing messaging, copy and creatives for PPC Campaigns, Improve website performance, SEO, conversions, retargeting etc.

     

    Requirements

     

    4+ years of proven technical product marketing experience ideally related to enterprise software development, or SaaS cloud products

    Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management

    Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders

    Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans

    Demonstrated track record of building and executing successful go-to-market programs and campaigns

    Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights, proficiency in MySQL

    Technical- and business-benefit understanding of prevailing and emerging data technologies, on-premises and in the cloud. Experience with database products preferred

    Strong grasp over CRM systems, Email Marketing, Website Management and various Analytics tools

    Demonstrated creative thinking to come up with interesting campaign ideas by understanding of customers and their behavior

    Experience with marketing automation across Website, CRM and core-Product

    Proven ability to manage leads, and full cycle experience from generating awareness to closing enterprise deals.

    Experience working in the SaaS ecosystem for DevOps products.

    Familiarity with Audience segmentation, User Personas, Sales Operations, Drip Marketing across global markets.

    Proven ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, customer excellence, and product management

     

    Skilled at crisp and compelling messaging with a passion for creating stories that highlight key points of differentiation and resonate with our customers

     

    Demonstrated experience creating a data-driven environment focused on driving impact with quantifiable results

     

    Proven ability to influence senior leaders regarding matters of significance

     

    A proven track record of thriving in collaborative, fast-paced work environments

     

    Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
