Salary Ranges:

Senior Eng $140,000-$160,000 salary, Bonus $10,000, with .25%-.5% equity

Product:

Sports betting is isolated and single player. When people win they win in a void, where no one is listening. 

Wager Games makes sports betting multiplayer. We integrate a bridge into any Sports Betting App (FanDuel, DraftKings, BetMGM, etc), so bettors can enter and unify into our multiplayer experience.

Here’s the stack we are working on:

React, Go/Python, Postgres, deployed on GCP

Qualities of an Engineer that fits in our culture:

 

Willingness to work on features or tech they may be unfamiliar with

People who can design good APIs on the first try (you know how to plan before you execute)

Prior experience refactoring a large code base: we integrate with some casino tech that may be legacy or built with many different teams

Prior experience leading tech for a a scalable service, optimizing for load, high concurrency

Prior experience mentoring junior and mid level engineers
