Responsibilities:

Build User Value.  Every day :-)

You’ll be the first member of the UX Design team, working directly with our CEO and product leadership to deliver a product which will revolutionize the DevOps market.

You’ll work directly with buyers and users to understand their problems and requirements.

You’ll collaborate with the frontend engineering team to implement and deliver your designs.

You’ll be part of the core, original team, helping to create the culture for now and the future.

Compensation:

Early-stage equity package; $80k - $150k salary range based on experience, with room to grow cash compensation as we mature.

Requirements:

 

3+ years experience as UX designer.

You must have a portfolio showcasing your best works; we want to see what you’ve been up to!

Experience collaborating with engineers and product managers.

Deep desire to create user value on a daily basis.

Some technical grounding.

Very comfortable in high-velocity/high-iteration situations.

Superior communication skills, especially written.

Self Motivated, Independently Driven, Hustle

 

Nice to have:

 

Experience with Observability Platforms (Wavefront, DataDog, Splunk, etc.).

Computer Science or any other STEM/Programming background

Previous startup experience.
