About The Role
Our client is looking for a UX Designer who has a strategic vision and an eye for detail and strives to create engaging experiences. As the UX Designer, you bring empathy and human-centered design skills to shape our client’s user design strategy. Your work will bridge multiple functions across the organization, including strategy, product, marketing, and engineering, to provide a holistic user experience for their diverse user base.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or related industry fields.
2-3 years of experience working as a UX designer on web and/or mobile applications or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Properly understand how long it will take to complete tasks and accurately budget time. Responsible for communicating tasks to manager and team members to ensure successful completion of the design phase.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to team members.
Ability to independently own and follow through with small to midsize projects and assist with larger projects.
Experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish
Experience designing for B2B and B2C audiences
Proven experience creating user flows and wireframes.
A passion for modern UX methodologies.
Eagerness to understand systems-level thinking.
Eagerness to understand mobile-first design to guide product recommendations.
Active listening and the ability to take notes.
Experience with Figma is a plus.
An understanding of the value of teamwork and how teams work.
Responsibilities
Responsible for owning and executing small, medium, and large-sized projects with minimal oversight
Applying design thinking to solve complex platform-level problems
Partnering with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming initial concepts
Defining interaction models, user flows, and wireframes
Documenting detailed functional specifications
Leading project-specific user research efforts and evaluating user feedback
Evaluating existing products and recommending optimizations
Staying up-to-speed on relevant industry trends and monitoring competitive products
Working with analytics to make data-driven recommendations
Creating low and high-fidelity prototypes
Partnering with and mentoring other team members
Performing other duties as assigned

Target salary range for this role of $120k-140k
