    The Business Development Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support Binance.US business objectives - (1) accelerate growth of Binance.US users; (2) increase Binance.US transactions with new products and services; (3) enable overall Binance.US platform and ecosystem; (4) enhance Binance.US financial profile. We are looking to add talented, driven, and mission-oriented individuals to help accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrency and increase the freedom of money.

    What you'll be doing:

     

    Build and execute an effective strategy and partnership roadmap for the Binance.US Business Development team

    Lead and Support end to end strategic partnership  process -  determining the right approach, sizing and scoping the opportunities, engaging external partners, developing mutually beneficial commercial terms, negotiations,  identifying risks and ways to mitigate them, and driving the plan for execution 

    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, etc.) to create compelling proposition for Binance.US customers through partnerships

    Develop and strengthen relationships with key participants in the crypto, technology, and financial services ecosystem.

    Perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses to analyze opportunities

    Set, track and report on strategic partner performance metrics to internal/external executives

    Develop new business opportunities across a variety of potential partners to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics. 

     

    What we look for in you:

     

    5+ years in business development with exposure to technology / management consulting / investment banking experience 

    You are a creative and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems

    You have great commercial and product instincts

    You have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in cultivating business partnerships

    You have proven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

    You are an effective communicator 

    You have strong bias for action

    You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

    You are committed to building a diverse organization

    Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent highly desired)

     

    Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $150,000 - $195,000 for all U.S. remote locations.
