Your day to day is to…

Partner with operations, marketing, engineering, and the rest of the product team to identify the largest opportunities to improve our operations

Become an expert on the Breef user, with a deep understanding of why customers use our platform, where they find the most value, and where there are new opportunities to further win the market. You’ll be a champion for their love of what we’re building!

Design and build solutions, tooling, and workflows to optimize product launch and QA processes

Develop and drive processes to help our teams scale impact and work more efficiently across functions

Own a 360-degree feedback loop: collecting qualitative/quantitative data + communicating updates both internally among stakeholders and externally with users

Ensure projects are well documented, communicated, and iterated upon through collaboration with stakeholders

Live and breathe data to make our product and user journey better

Embody the mission and vision of Breef with an understanding of how and why we do what we do

You'll be successful in this role if you have…

2+ years of experience in product, operations, or project management - ideally for a B2B marketplace / SaaS business or a financial technology organization

Proven record of successful product outcomes - bonus points if in a high growth environment

Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and data analysis

Ability to communicate effectively, across a variety of skill sets

A strong business acumen and problem solving ability

Exceptional ability to build cross-functional partnerships, and can share experience of using those relationships to solve problems

Proven understanding of Agile values and principles, and how to effectively use them in an early-stage environment

Comprehensive experience with workflow management tools such as Jira & Asana

Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD

Understanding of and experience with modern + remote workplace tools (Google Suite, calendar booking systems, Asana, Slack, email workflow systems, etc)

Bonus points: you’ve built an app yourself, or have had technical side-projects before

You'll enjoy this role if you are…

A project manager by nature - you’ve successfully juggled priorities and executed across teams in past roles, or maybe you’ve meticulously planned a group trip with friends or family

Competitive with a desire to grow and learn

Have a knack for using data to solve problems, identify opportunities, and are capable of inventing and using new metrics in order to learn and make decisions

Self-starter. You make good decisions with incomplete data and are constantly optimizing for learning

Accountable and constantly looking for opportunities for improvement. You don't accept "because that is the way we've always done it,” and instead you ask “why have we done it this way?” and offer up new ideas

Excited to roll up your sleeves and be part of a collaborative startup team
