The Role:
Linus Health is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Strategy to play a key role in driving the successful commercialization of our brain health platform within the healthcare delivery market. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert, working with our commercial team to develop effective reimbursement strategies, providing critical input to our product team, and advising our customers and prospects on reimbursement strategies and workflows.
What You’ll do:
Develop the overarching reimbursement strategy - short and long-term - for our current solutions and those in development and influence our product roadmap accordingly
Serve as subject matter expert on reimbursement and related workflows with health system and medical practice prospects during the sales cycle, including delivering presentations and consulting directly with prospects on billing and/or workflows
Provide 1:1 support to new customers during their onboarding to help set them up for success and drive utilization of our solutions
Develop and deliver programs to educate our customers on reimbursement best practices, updates, and workflows to maximize their adoption and success with our products (e.g., educational webinars)
Partner with product marketing to create externally-facing deliverables (e.g., white papers, blog posts) related to reimbursement for both our category and specific products
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the reimbursement landscape and disseminate that knowledge internally on a regular basis through training and sales enablement materials
About You:
Must Haves:
15+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with at least 10 years in roles working for or with health systems and/or medical practices on billing / reimbursement / rev cycle optimization
Bachelor’s degree
Digital health and/or SaaS experience
Passion for improving healthcare
Track record of working successfully in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of autonomy
Deep knowledge of the US reimbursement landscape, including payer types (e.g., CMS, private payers), payment models (e.g., value-based care, fee-for-service), and coding/reimbursement systems (e.g., ICD-10)
Enthusiasm for and experience engaging effectively with both prospects and customers, including advising them on reimbursement strategies
Ability to balance strategy development with day-to-day tactical execution
Ability to partner well with colleagues across a variety of different functions
Excellent presentation development and delivery skills
Proficient written communication skills
Nice To Haves:

Knowledge of healthcare payment models outside of the US
Experience in the brain health category
