Operations Analyst - Encode Club｜Meet.jobs

About the jobWe are looking to recruit an Operations Analyst to help with the back office and marketing of Encode’s programming, including bootcamps, hackathons, accelerators and educational events.

This person will:

 

work directly with the Operations Lead and Events Manager;

help with the marketing of all programmes, including preparation of materials;

help with data-entry and cleaning;

be responsible for keeping the programmes organised;

help with the back-office of programmes, including scheduling, preparing documentation and communication with participants';

be a point of contact and friendly face for the programmes;

help coordinate with sponsors;

work with the events team to make sure the events and the post-production (video and article) run smoothly.

 

Ideal candidates will be:

 

Self-motivated and very efficient at getting tasks done;

showing a strong desire and determination to grow and succeed;

demonstrably hard working and able to work independently;

a recent graduate or early in your career (we actively don’t ask for work experience, we’ll teach you everything you need to know);

knowledgeable about blockchain technology, either through working for a blockchain company, being part of a blockchain student club/society, being part of Encode’s community or demonstrable personal investigation;

be adaptable and able to move fast.
