Through multiple projects, our aim is to deliver the working elements that can help shape the emerging crypto economy. We have delivered several protocols & dApps in EVM and Substrate ecosystems.

With the fresh funding and the upcoming launch of Tapio & Taiga, the inaugural synthetic asset protocol designed to provide efficient liquidity for uniform assets across Polkadot and Kusama. 

We are looking for a strategic and creative Growth Manager to join our marketing and growth team to take care of content initiatives, and manage content creation across multiple social media channels.

Responsibilities

 

Manage social media accounts and deliver high quality content to promote product launches and updates on Tapio and Taiga protocol

Design campaigns to drive user growth and engagement, partnering with different stakeholders to run cross campaigns on social media

Manage our community channels (including but not limited to: Telegram, Discord, Email distribution list) to engage and educate users

Run AMA and online webinars in community to introduce and promote features launch and educational content

Plan, develop and deliver high-quality, engaging campaigns to attract new users and boost community engagement

Partner with advisors and strategic partners to drive and execute user-growth marketing campaigns for global markets

 

Requirements

 

2 to 3 years of experience in digital growth marketing and community managing related roles in crypto industry

Highly organized and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects

A basic understanding of public relations in general

Bonus if the candidate also has strong written & communication skills in additional languages
