The Fintech Relationship Manager is responsible for current Fintech client relationships to ensure productivity on the platform, drive customer growth & revenue and act as point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement. This role reports directly into the Revenue team however works cross-functionally at Synctera to deliver seamless engagement to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Provide post-sales engagement for clients and act as liaison between customer and Synctera
Work across multiple business orgs at Synctera to ensure a holistic approach to the customer journey
Experience in client mapping, identifying opportunities to further develop the relationship, and ensuring continued business pipeline
Responsible for staying abreast of market and industry trends, “best practices” and competitive landscape
Develop leading-edge industry content
Implement strategies to ensure business development is pursued across the client base
Qualifications:
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
Experience managing corporate, enterprise-level & complicated clients
Organized and customer-oriented
Necessary skills:
Consultative approach to problem solving and relationship building
Clear understanding of fintech landscape
Ability to handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Clear communicator internally and externally
