1. Responsible for developing growth strategy and media KPIs around user acquisition, retention, market/user segment, and marketing mix
2. Work closely with cross functional teams to execute quantitative analysis of data that translated into actionable insights for growth
3. You define what success looks like and using metrics to evaluate progress towards your business goals
4. Formulate new hypothesis and make strategic recommendations on how to best optimize existing or new opportunities
5. Driving the lean growth process end-to-end: Research, growth models, prioritisation, experiment design, delivery and post-analysis
6. Fully understand the UX, from design to drop-off, how various segments behave, and identify leverage points
【Qualification】
1. At least 3+ years in product management, preferably from B2C ecosystem
2. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the willingness to creatively get the job done
3. Comfortable working in cross functional team with sometimes ambiguous priorities
4. Experience with A/B testing and optimisation on newly release features
