Your role as a Capital Finance and Operations Associate
Operations for selected global Antler products
Hands-on support to the Capital team to drive all of their finance & operations initiatives
Drive and support critical finance work streams for the Capital team including the reporting & reconciliation of team attribution and Advisor payment processes
Own the expense process for the team and ensure expenses incurred are in line with the group policy
Assist with the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis to budgets
Collaborate with fund administrators to ensure the seamless onboarding of investors in Antler’s global products
Work with fund administrators to prepare quarterly management accounts
Manage external Capital-related vendor relationships and costs
Update and maintain the AuM reporting across Antler’s funds
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required
Your Background
Interest in venture capital and startups
Higher education and previous experience with fund management (VC/PE is a bonus), accounting, auditing or legal/compliance
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Highly Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
Proactive and positive personality with excellent communication skills
Able to work effectively with minimal management guidance and supervision across time zones
High level of integrity and takes accountability of work
Ability to propose constructive and creative ideas to address observed gaps
Ability to thrive on challenges in a very fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence
Comfortable dealing with various stakeholders such as service providers and investors
Highly analytical, and organized with an excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
