About the jobTwo Chairs is continuing to hire with all interviewing and on-boarding done virtually due to COVID-19. Everyone new to the team, along with our current staff, will temporarily work from home until it is safe to return to our offices.

    About Us:

Two Chairs brings together an exceptional team of people at the intersection of clinical care, technology, and design. Though our backgrounds may be different, we’re united by our collective personal experiences with the mental health care system and the desire to make it better. We strive to create a world where everyone has access to exceptional mental healthcare and to create a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to impact that mission. We are passionate about mental health and excited to be a part of a team that is bringing personalized, data-driven therapy to California, Washington, and eventually nationwide.

    About the role:

As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will be a key member of the marketing organization and lead the evaluation of our technology, systems, and processes. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining end-to-end digital campaigns and evaluating success of our programs.

These campaigns will stretch across multiple audiences. The goals would include attracting new clinicians, building and facilitating a B2B pipeline, and reaching consumers via B2C or B2B2C approaches. Measuring marketing effectiveness far down the funnel will be important.

Additionally, you will be responsible for media buying across advertising and email, and setting up tests by segment. You will also work cross-functionally with the business development team to deliver appropriate marketing and sales automation. Finally, you will build other lead generation programs, including activities such as webinars, white papers, and other content, customer and nurture programs, as well as advise and act upon SEO activities.

This is a left-brain, analytical role, though there will be plenty of opportunities for creativity.  You will report to the SVP of Marketing and will serve a critical role as the marketing function grows.

    About You:

Committed to delivering exceptional quality work

    Passionate about mental health

    Low ego and outcome-oriented

    Deeply empathetic

    Pragmatic

    Where you’ll make an impact:

A smooth transition from the current tech stack

Logical, defensible data readouts to senior management that, to the extent possible, measure true incrementality

Continuous testing and learning, where successive campaigns improve on the performance of earlier ones

Strong relationships throughout the marketing function and Two Chairs, including with content teams, business development teams, clinical recruiting teams, and the product, design and engineering teams.

Strong and steady results analysis across a diverse set of channels, including advertising, CRM, content marketing, SEO, and partnerships

Strong documentation to help others understand the system and to help grow the marketing function

    We’re seeking candidates with:

10+ years of total experience in marketing or related field

Minimum 7 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, CRM, and/or other lead generation programs, with experience in each of B2B, B2C and B2B2C marketing

A quantitative mindset with a strong testing background, juxtaposed with a creative flair to make the best use of our digital opportunities

Experience in strategy, execution, and experimentation across a variety of performance marketing platforms, including some combination of Google Analytics, Hubspot, Salesforce, SEMRush/Ahrefs, Zoominfo, and various advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Twitter, Quora, Facebook/Instagram, direct buys, etc.)

Ability to develop deep keyword analysis, recommendations, approaches, and reports for SEO improvements

Record of assisting in creating cross-functional team processes--within the marketing function and with sales, product and analytics teams--to develop and optimize media plans and go-to-market strategies for new launches

Ability and desire to navigate and implement tracking approaches without the aid of a dedicated digital operations resource, as well as visualization tools for measurement and reporting

Expertise with data matching tools for segmentation across CRM and remarketing campaigns, such as Google Customer Match, etc.

A startup mindset that thrives in uncertainty and is energized by the idea of being flexible to the changing needs of the business.
