    About the jobHow you will help

    We’ll look to you to lead internal and external Saas and Health Data delivery projects to our government clients. You will gather requirements, prioritize key work, and ensure milestones and metrics are met in an efficient and successful way. You’ll use standard PM tools for the job to clearly communicate objectives and progress as well as influence employees and clients to deliver projects on time, on budget and on strategy. You will play an integral part in building a culture of accountability and an agile response for everything yet to come.

    What you will do

    • Lead the full project lifecycle for detailed internal or external SaaS and health data projects. You will lead multiple medium size teams in producing all project deliverables

    • Lead technical and business project teams and meetings clearly communicating goals, prioritizes, next steps with the purpose of driving towards on-time delivery

    • Facilitate stage gate reviews and other meetings related to execution of internal and customer deliverables

    • Maintain consistency and compliance to the rules defined for such outcomes including those related to government contracts

    • Assist in the preparation of statements of work as well as the planning of resources to complete that work

    • Manage the communication and workflow across all key functions

    • Create and issue project-tracking plans that drive action

    • Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables

    • Review and ensure the overall quality of deliverables

    • Demonstrate credibility and garner confidence from clients regarding professional services

    Desired skills and experience

    • 5 + years of practical experience in software project management and SaaS delivery, 7+ years of technical team leadership

    • Demonstrates a skilled knowledge and experience managing throughout the project lifecycle - project planning, execution, controlling, and closing

    • Practitioner of project management methodology, tools, and technics (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, Critical Chain)

    • Experience in managing large and complex software based delivery projects related to government contracts. Experience delivering federal or state healthcare related projects is a plus

    • Proficient in using standard project management and software development tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheets, Plainview, Jira, Confluence, Trello

    • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

    • Progress towards completing or have obtained a Project Management Professional certification

    Base salary for the role is commensurate with experience and can range between $58,500 - 170,000 + annual bonus opportunity.
