    About the jobWe’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team. You will help strategy, research and innovation teams optimize their use of Feedly for Market intelligence. You’ll help teams from different industries and top global companies like Lufthansa, DB Schenker and others.

    You’ll have the opportunity to help reinvent research using AI and be part of a new scale-up phase of Feedly.

    What you’ll do

     

    Meet with the customers in order to lead discovery calls and understand their market intelligence needs and the output of their research

    Translate the market intelligence needs of these customers into a successful activation plan that leads them to be fully onboarded and activated with Feedly

    Develop and maintain long-term and personal relationships with customers through regular and proactive meetings (2-3 customer calls per day) and interactions in order for customers to achieve success

    With close customer collaboration, improve our AI engine that will speed up their intelligence research

    Deeply understand how Feedly can help the customer in their market intelligence research experience

    Work closely with customers and the product team to translate customer needs into product features and enhancements

    Work closely with the sales team to transition customers from sales to Customer Success stage

    Turn Feedly customers into advocates

     

    Required skills and experience

     

    Must have: 2+ years of work experience in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, business analysis, innovation or other market intelligence-related role

    Must have: consulting company/role experience, working with multiple customers

    You’re passionate about customer success, helping customers, seeing them grow and adopting Feedly for Market Intelligence

    You’re patient, empathic and have great listening skills

    You have a growth and entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy learning and growing as a person as we grow as a team

    You’re an effective communicator, both verbally and written

    You thrive in a 100% remote working environment

    You enjoy working in a friendly team environment where you’re welcome to ask and get help with anything
