About the jobAbout the Role:

Unite Us is hiring a Business Analyst I, Insights with a knack for analyzing data, building trusted relationships with team members, managing projects, and driving action through data. The Business Analyst I will be responsible for building data and analytic-driven solutions to support Unite Us customers, including healthcare payers and providers, government entities, and more. You will apply analytical rigor, critical thinking, and creativity to solve complex issues while working with multidisciplinary teams and customers.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

Collaborate with Customer Success and Insights team members to develop data-driven analyses and actionable reports with strong data storytelling to support customer engagement 

Utilize Tableau dashboard visualizations (creating new visualizations as relevant) to create slide decks to communicate analysis to customer; lead presentation of analysis directly to customer, as needed

Work closely with Customer Success Managers to translate customer business objectives into actionable insights based on trends in data from the Unite Us Insights Center

Provide analyses of to Sales team members to provide insight into potential impact of Unite Us products as part of the Sales process

Support the internal Sales and Customer Success teams in the learning and use of data analytics tools, supporting their data storytelling in day to day customer interactions

Collaborate with other Insights teams to provide user acceptance testing and insight into development of new/updated dashboards in the Unite Us business intelligence tool

Leverage existing Tableau visualizations to support ad hoc reporting requests for CS, Networks, and Sales teams

 

 

You’re a great fit for this role if:

 

You have at least 1 year in a full-time role in healthcare-related analytics, reporting, software, and/or consulting

You have experience developing and presenting analyses and reports, with the ability to create slide decks and communicate results of analyses to senior leadership teams effectively

You are a confident and motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills – you make things happen!

You have excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re an active listener who can break down complex ideas and tailor your message to a specific audience

You have the ability to thrive in a variable and demanding startup environment – you are solutions oriented and highly adaptable

You have familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software technologies such as Google Suite, Zoom, Tableau, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Excel, etc.

You have experience with or interest in learning how to develop and improve data products, and perform user acceptance testing 

Bachelor's Degree preferred

 

 

Bonus if you have:

 

Familiarity using Tableau, R, Python, SQL, or another coding language

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions:

 

This position is remote, U.S. based

Target range: $60,000-65,000 (Hourly: $28.85 - $31.25)

****This salary range represents our national target range for this role. Some geographic areas may have higher target ranges.*

This position may require up to 10%  travel
