ContactLoop is looking for a data driven and metrics-oriented individual with a passion for guiding decisions and monitoring change through an analytical mindset. This role will work within Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Client Operations to foster an environment focused on data-backed decision and accountability through analytics. The ideal candidate will be natural collaborator and problem solver who has both a high intellectual curiosity and a strong technical aptitude.

【Working Hours】9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

【Salary Range】NT 65,000 – NT 70,000 (Depending on experience)

【Job Responsibilities】
• Manage the creation, analysis and maintenance of reports and dashboards designed to monitor predictive and performance trends
• Perform ad hoc analysis for various departments to guide business strategy and support decision making

【Job Requirements】
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance or business-related field
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Organized yet flexible and able to adapt to changing conditions
• 2+ years in analytical role such as sales operations, marketing operations, business analysis or finance
• Experience analyzing complex data sets using business intelligence tools and Excel
