We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who understands how to use large amounts of data to analyze user behavior and test solutions that will increase Novo’s impact. Responsibilities:

 

Partnering closely with Product teams to understand user behavior and make decisions taking calculated risks based on data

Raising questions and deciding which data makes sense to be used in each situation - when lacking the necessary data, you must structure tests that will get us the data that we need to move forward

Deeply understanding how our product works to define KPIs and build dashboards/reports to measure and explain feature performance and user experience to senior stakeholders

After proposing a solution, you are responsible for managing the execution and monitoring results to make sure that the desired impact is achieved

 

Requirements for the Role:

 

3+ years of experience

Comfortable using SQL to get the data you need to solve business problems

Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

Experience designing and running A/B tests

Independent and not afraid to ask questions and take initiative to solve the biggest problems in the company

Takes and gives feedback thoughtfully and is eager to improve based on it

Basic understanding of financial concepts and financial statements

Eager to learn other programing and data analytics skills

Experience at a fintech or technology company

 

Salary Range (NYC): $130,000 - $150,000 annualized salary, This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
