    Position Summary:

    Spin Technology is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our fast growing company and ensure that our corporation capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce CRM system.

    Duties

     

    Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

    Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.

    Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

    Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.

    Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.

    Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

    Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

    Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

    Preparing reports for sales and other departments.

    Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate

    Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as process builder, flow automation, validation rules.

    Managing, maintaining and organizing CRM to ensure data entries are complete and accurate

    Addressing data inconsistencies by working with the Director of Operations to locate missing data.

    Process accurately incoming orders with 24h SLA

    Manage data quality to ensure the same source of data is used across multiple systems.

    Managing sales document database

    Completing all sales organization’s objectives in a timely fashion.

     

    Your Experience

     

    3+ years of Salesforce Administrator required

    Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.

    Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.

    In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.

    Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.

    Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.

    Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Strong analytical skills

    Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

    A result and success oriented, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure

    The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
