    Role Overview:

    *As the Senior Associate, Strategic Partnerships, you are responsible for enrolling new accounts, supporting existing partners and driving events forward. You are a great communicator who is comfortable jumping into new projects and asking questions. You are empathetic, hard working, and focused on building and nurturing relationships with our partners. You are adaptable and can balance a range of responsibilities. You have the ability to effectively communicate client information, trends, and feedback to your teammates. You have prompt attention to details and timelines. Your motivation and drive is infectious and feeds your self-starting attitude. You understand customer needs and meet those needs with a successful product sale. *

    What you do each day:

     

    Handle onboarding and long term support requests for training and coaching for existing partners

    Support existing partners by addressing product questions

    Contribute to team goals by handling the enrollment process for our franchise partners

    Coordinate upcoming events for HCP to attend, including: working with the marketing team to deliver collateral, attending in-person events

    Align cross-functionally with the Events department in Marketing for upcoming Business Development events

    Collaborate with the Business Development reps to ensure a smooth transition from lead to signed partner

    Innovate on current processes and proactively seek ways to improve the partner experience

    Troubleshoot issues with our partners and have foundational product knowledge

     

    Qualifications:

     

    1-3 years experience in marketing, customer success or account management

    CRM experience

    Customer success/partnerships experience is a plus

    What will help you succeed in this role:

     

     

    Strong ability to work cross functionally and collaboratively with partners

    Experience with business processes and proven ability to manage relationships

    Knowledge of and established relationships within a relevant industry

    Proven success building strong relationships internally and externally

    Established credibility with service professionals from HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet cleaning, etc.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong problem solving skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

    Good time management with strong organizational skills

    Location Dependent Information

    This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $72,000-$80,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
