Required
4+ years experience as a Product Manager
Proven ability to deliver value in ambiguity (e.g. previous work in a startup)
Created two-sided customer-facing marketplaces
Solid collaboration skills with stakeholders incl. directly interfacing with frontend and backend engineers as well as designers
Defining work products and process that benefit the team and ultimately the business
US work authorization
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
Preferred
Ability to succinctly convey similarities and differences between Web2 and Web3 marketplaces to multiple stakeholders
