    About the jobWe are looking for a highly internally-motivated, organized, and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team!

    OpenSponsorship is the largest digital marketplace making it easy for brands to partner with athletes. We have 15,000+ athletes across 160 sports (including over 50% of the NFL and NBA) and support clients like Walmart, Sperry, FanDuel, and ESPN.     What you’ll do:

     

    Assist Account Management team with ensuring client success and happiness, always keeping a pulse on our clients

    Identify opportunities for growth and bring solutions to the team

    Collaborate with our data analyst to evaluate data to determine how we can deliver a better platform experience to customers

    Create campaign reporting and analysis to help clients understand campaign and audience performance

    Assist the Account Management team with daily operations and client relationship management

    Must be comfortable with calling our clients, and speaking with them on a 1-1 basis

    Manage our chat system, “Intercom” with Clients

    As our Customer Success Specialist, you will report directly to the Director of Client Services.

     

    Who You are:

     

    Maintain a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising or other related field

    At least 1 year of working experience in a client-facing service role (Or 2 relevant internships)

    Organized, highly internally - motivated, self starter

    Ability to prioritize and manage work for self and for team, adhering to multiple project timelines

    Experience with marketing automation software and CRMs is a plus

    Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (Positive and personable)

    A pro at interpreting, understanding and implementing changes through data

    Digital Advertising, AdTech, or MarTech experience preferred

    Lover of all things Sports and Marketing

     

    Salary Range - $45,000-$55,000
