About the jobSignifyd is looking for a high-performing Director, Revenue Operations that will own Go-To-Market (GTM) tools, systems, reporting, and analytics. In this role, you will support the growth and success of Signifyd’s overall GTM organization, which includes Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Success functions. This Director, Revenue Operations will be managing a team that is specifically tasked with continually improving tools and systems, as well as building out the reporting and analytics infrastructure for our GTM teams. Our ideal candidate is a structured, analytical thinker with broad experience in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations, is passionate about incorporating technology to optimize business processes, and is comfortable taking ownership of strategic projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
People Management and Leadership
Manage and develop a team of managers and analysts that handle tools and systems (including Salesforce), reporting and analytics, and sales commission plans
Coach and provide feedback to team members to achieve Revenue Operations Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
Work closely within the Revenue Operations organization to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance productivity of GTM team members
Tools and Systems Management
Create the strategy and roadmap for Signifyd’s GTM tech stack to align with processes across the full customer journey
Execute on tools and systems changes to facilitate process automation and improvements that enhance GTM efficiency
Proactively manage data hygiene and establish single sources of truth across systems
Manage vendor relationships, as well as license forecasting, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations for GTM tools
Project manage vendor integrations, training, and rollout to GTM teams
Increase adoption of tools and systems (e.g. Clari, Salesloft, Planhat) for GTM teams
Configure Marketo, LeanData, and Salesforce to optimize lead scoring, routing, attribution, and qualification processes
Planning, Reporting, and Analytics
Build the reporting and analytics infrastructure for Signifyd within Salesforce, Looker, and other relevant GTM systems
Provide insights on customer journey KPIs (e.g. pipeline generation, conversion rates, bookings) to support Signifyd’s leadership team in making strategic GTM decisions
Consult on quota setting process and sales commission plans
Support the set-up of Quote-to-Cash systems
Perform ad hoc analysis and handle inbound requests
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and/or Business Intelligence roles
3+ years of people management experience
Ability to translate high-level GTM strategies into system and process requirements
Team-first mentality with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Legal teams
Highly proficient and certification in Salesforce
Experience with tools and systems across marketing operations (e.g. Marketo, 6sense, Drift), sales operations (e.g. Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Clari), and customer success operations (e.g. Gainsight, Planhat) disciplines
Advanced analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Business Intelligence tools (Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets is a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter with an ability to multi-task in an ambiguous and faced-paced environment

(Colorado and New York City only) Minimum salary of $150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salaries are determined by role, level, and location.
