    Your Mission

    Marketing Operations Manager (Emphasis on Marketing Intelligence)

    Tray.io is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager, with an emphasis on Marketing Intelligence.  You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data which assists in determining the efficiency and effectiveness of various marketing programs and processes.  You should have experience in the assessment and adaptation of marketing technology as well as involvement with the oversight on usage.

    You will be responsible for the analysis as well as preparation and presentation to GTM (Marketing & Sales) leadership of funnel challenges.  This role is a virtual member of the marketing team who will regularly attend marketing leadership, campaign, and other meetings relating to measuring and analyzing marketing programs and processes.  Organization and attention to detail are key in this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively. Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as you will be required to tackle a variety of projects at a fast pace.

    The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a performance marketing background who thinks creatively and analytically to drive growth. You enjoy collaborating with team members and are excited to set and review metrics while reporting back insights. The candidate will possess a high degree of initiative, the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.  

    What you will do:

     

    Partner with marketing management to become a trusted advisor by providing deep quantitative insights matched with thoughtful operational process that are based on understanding of key marketing business drivers

    Manage and pull key marketing metrics and input these measurements into reports that measure the performance of the marketing team

    Work to connect and drive Sales and Marketing alignment with close collaboration with Rev Ops and Sales Ops

    Manage global marketing processes for lead flows, campaign tracking, marketing automation systems, database health

    Assist with lead routing to align Field Engagement and Marketing

    Work with the BizApps team on documentation of processes and execution of programs in Iterable (or other marketing automation tools) within the Marketing tech stack

    Collaborate with BizApps in aligning the marketing tech stack including evaluating, selecting, integrating and customizing technology platforms to optimize campaign execution and performance against strategic marketing goals

    Evolve the use of Marketing automation, Salesforce, ABM, and other key tools in the Marketing tech stack

    Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on ongoing marketing activities

    Translate marketing requirements into process solutions

     

    About you:

     

    5+ years of relevant experience in similar roles

    Bachelor’s degree

    High proficiency Salesforce

    Expert user in Marketing Automation (Iterable, Eloqua, Salesforce, Marketo), Excel and data visualization software.

    Strong grasp of the sales and marketing lifecycles

    Must be results-driven with a strong ability to conduct quantitative data analyses.  A metrics-focused marketer who has a deep interest for analyzing and understanding data in order to inform marketing decisions

    Ability to map out and organize the process for managing Leads between Marketing and Sales departments

    Strong data management abilities including data hygiene and quality assurance

    Experience working with other team members to stay on the “cutting edge” of MarTech; to align tools, processes, reporting and best practices

    High degree of attention to detail

    Excellent written, verbal communication and organizational skills

    Comfortable making recommendations to Marketing leadership; ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels

    Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments
