    Responsibilities

    NotedSource seeks to fill a full-time position of lead generation manager responsible for identifying and proactively engaging with target companies. The candidate will lead NotedSource's direct outreach lead generation strategy, helping to shape sales materials, nurture content, messaging, and positioning for large R&D and L&D teams.

    Lead the design and development of process to query, mine, and analyze large data sets to identify prospects.

    Develop a proactive approach to pursue target companies. Own and drive the iterative approach to vet and prioritize target companies.

    Conduct direct outreach to companies to set up prospect meetings and schedule site visits. Develop company profiles and prep materials to support those meetings and visits.

    Take ownership of our CRM (HubSpot) configuration and usage for detailed tracking and reporting of business attraction efforts.

    Qualifications

    Proven track record of generating leads using variety of outreach methods and familiarity with lead generation platforms

    Must be a self-starter that values innovation and demonstrates an ability to think creatively to execute new ideas.

    Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
