About the jobMarketing&Business Development Director: Ginoa
We are looking for a Director of Marketing and Business Development who deeply understands Web3, with strong relationships in the space to drive meaningful outcomes.
You will lead marketing efforts for Ginoa from strategy to creating compelling, on-brand narratives across content and social and be able to deliver robust reporting and analytics. The bottom line, you are a data-driven, strategic thinker with an owner mentality.

Build a social strategy to establish Ginoa as a Web3 thought leader
Own tooling and budget decisions for marketing
Drive engagement & growth in the Ginoa brand across owned channels
Create content and provide strategic support for business development
Be the internal Web3 NFT market expert and evangelist
Work with various teams (design, agency, product, community, tech & business development) to implement product launch strategies.
Work on the integrated campaign, starting with strategy, brief and working on executing and measuring performance with the agency.

Who we are looking for
Proven experience leading a Marketing function with 3+ years of people management experience
Must have 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
At least 1 year of experience in NFT.
Proven success as a social and marketing manager
Be active in and have a strong community in NFT, Web3
An “owner-mentality”
Build strong working relationships with key cross-functional partners
Excellent communication and strong writing skills
Experience delivering KPI metrics for nurture & acquisition marketing campaigns (email, paid social, etc)
Deep understanding of the NFT market
Ability to use data to inform strategy and improve the content
Base level knowledge about web3/ NFTs/ Blockchain gaming
Bonus
Strong knowledge of marketing automation & analytics tools: Hubspot, Google Analytics, etc
Familiarity with Figma, Webflow, Adobe Creative Suite, Typeform

Salary and Compensation
Competitive salary, as well as lucrative equity and tokenomics incentives.
Annual salary: $110,000- $150,000
Equity compensation: 0.123% - 0.170%
