    About the jobThe Opportunity:

    We are looking for a Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join us at DataGrail! 

    Complete fluency with our GTM data means that we can properly direct sales and marketing resources towards conversion rich targets and meet revenue goals - this is where you come in! This role will be crucial in our effort to design, deploy and iterate on our GTM motion in terms of system configuration, data instrumentation and analysis of results. This will include workflow optimization, facilitating data-exchange between our myriad systems, running data hygiene programs and very high-impact items like GTM motion analysis and recommendations.This role is the “front desk” of Sales

    Ops for the organization: you’ll watch over RevOps requests and Deal Desk channels and manage initial triage, routing and escalation of issues that arise.

    This is a high impact role with direct access to GTM leadership and the entire revenue lifecycle. As the third member of this team, there is a lot of room for exploration and experimentation and to shape the role. 

    The Skill Set:

     

    Can create, deploy and iterate on a Salesforce-base revenue lifecycle system that intakes data from a variety of integrated systems

    Can setup and maintain data integrations that are used to make GTM decisions

    Understand how large of an impact accurate technographic and firmographic information is on a SaaS company

    Can create a field validation workflow in SFDC

    Can manage compensation for a GTM team

    Has extensive experience navigating the SFDC data model in the pursuit of delivering actionable SFDC reporting

     

    Within 90 Days You'll:

     

    Manage and improve compensation program for GTM all roles

    Have strong ownership of ARR reporting systems

    Run the weekly run-the-business motion for the AE and SDR functions under the CRO

    Be able to provide front-line guidance to the field on a variety of Sales Operations support topics

    Be able to manage the contracting process

    Contribute to the systems that underpin our ICP decision making

     

    Within 180 Days You'll:

     

    Build, deploy and iterate on the AE and SDR workflow

    Own the rules of engagement program

    Fully manage all systems that drive ICP management

    Help the business migrate to a new contracting and ARR tracking system

    Have complete fluency with the governing GTM model and help assess how we’re tracking to projections and make recommendations for adjustments

    Build and own account and contact data hygiene program

     

    Within 365 Days You'll:

     

    Play a primary role in building, deploying and iterating on a lifecycle model that spans the entire revenue cycle (target to customer)
